Delivery and Return

  1. Delivery Time: Delivery is made within 1-2 working days for the country and up to 5 working days for Europe. This means that customers should expect their order within this period after confirmation.
  2. Working hours and public holidays: Deliveries are made during the working week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays (courier company holidays).
  3. Delivery attempts: the courier will make three delivery attempts. If the recipient is not reachable after the third attempt, the package will be returned to the company's studio without the right to order more.
  4. Change of delivery address: after order confirmation, it is possible to change the delivery address only after contact and confirmation by both parties.
  5. Automatic order processing: all orders are processed manually, which means that there is the possibility of changing the time of dispatch and delivery.
  6. Tracking Information: Customers will receive an email with a tracking link when their package leaves the studio. They can also check the status of their order in the "Track your order" section. This provides a convenient way to track the location of the order.

 

 Return or Exchange

  1. Returns will only be accepted if the order is within 14 days of receipt.
  2. The return of an order is only accepted if the item is in the condition in which it was sent.
  3. The return of an order is accepted if the packaging and labels of the item are intact.
  4. Replacement of an order with another size is accepted only if the returned item is in the form in which it was sent.
  5. Replacement of an order with another size is accepted only if the returned item does not have damaged packaging and/or labels.
